Individual Therapy

Telehealth

I offer individual therapy via telehealth. Telehealth allows us to meet from the comfort of your own space while still building a meaningful, grounded therapeutic connection. Many clients find that this format supports their busy schedules and helps them show up more consistently for the work they want to do.

I work with adults navigating fear, grief, and change—especially when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. In our time together, you’ll find a calm, safe place to explore what’s true for you. Through curiosity, compassion, and embodied presence, I help clients build resilience, grow their tolerance for uncertainty, and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been silenced or avoided.

Walk & Talk

Nature has a way of grounding us and providing a sense of peace. I offer walk-and-talk therapy in local parks and trails in Fairfield County as an alternative to traditional therapeutic sessions, allowing clients to engage in meaningful conversations while moving through natural spaces. This approach can foster deeper reflection, reduce stress, and promote a sense of connection—to oneself, to the present moment, and to the world around us.

For those who find comfort in the outdoors, walk-and-talk therapy provides a gentle, embodied way to process emotions, navigate life transitions, and cultivate insight. And for those who, like me, find joy in birdwatching, we may even find that nature itself becomes a guide, offering wisdom in unexpected ways.
