About Me

As a therapist, it’s my honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate life transitions and grief. I offer individual therapy that is emotionally-focused, person-centered, and relational. My hope is to create a safe space rooted in being present and connected as you navigate the changes around you and in you.

Many of the people I’ve worked with long for a more grounded and authentic connection to themselves, their emotions, and their spiritual lives. Some may be healing from religious trauma or wrestling with questions about faith, identity, and belonging. Others are deconstructing inherited beliefs or seeking a more spacious experience of the Sacred. Wherever you find yourself, I’m here to hold space with curiosity, compassion, and care.

In addition to my clinical work, I’m currently training as a spiritual director through the Selah program with Leadership Transformations, Inc. I love integrating emotional and spiritual care, helping clients notice what’s stirring beneath the surface, listening to their body, and moving toward greater freedom, clarity, and wholeness.
